Our Story
It all began about 35 years ago when our founder, Joy Ann Philip, envisioned a novel approach to children's education—one that would not only stimulate their brains but also leave a lasting impact on their desire to learn.

In 2012, she took the first step by establishing a preschool in Kochi. To this day, many parents attribute their children's success to the teaching methods and practices employed during those crucial early learning years.

After extensively visiting schools nationwide and accumulating decades of experience in the field, Joy recognized the genuine need for a comprehensive curriculum for preschoolers. This curriculum, she believed, should not only foster academic development but also be enjoyable and engaging, instilling a love for learning from a young age.

In 2018, we embarked on the journey of creating our own holistic, well-researched, and detailed curriculum that could be implemented by teachers throughout the country. By incorporating a culturally relevant curriculum and offering teacher training sessions to maximize its effectiveness, we witnessed significant positive outcomes in both rural and urban schools.

Encouraged by the favorable responses from children, teachers, and parents alike, we are driven to continue working towards our vision of 'empowering millions of children with equal access to education through our transformative curriculum and innovative teacher training.' Our ongoing journey aims to be engaging and enjoyable for both students and teachers, creating a positive and impactful learning experience.
